Complaint Details
On 23 April 2016 i approached FedEx India for using their courier services, they mailed me required documents and rates and contract etc, as it was holiday time i dint sent any.
On 7th May 2016 i got a mail from FedEx that your profile is been updated and login id password which i deleted because of coincidental data, then i sent some 20-30 shipments using that login password later i was unable to login,i contacted the sales team to whom i was in contact when i approached them, they said they have no idea as they were from sales team, this ended here.
June 2016 i got call from the same team that i showed interest and haven't send required documents, i said m interested in using their services and i will sent documents shortly by the end of June i mailed them documents and singed contract, then again i got new login password and contract details on 8 July 2016 and i started using it.
16 July 2016 i got call from 1 executive that he wants to meet and talk to me, i thought it was verification process, as i was not available at my palace i called him and ask him to meet nearby.
We gone to nearby restaurant, he was from Mumbai and 1 local executive from Surat, he was illegally shooting and capturing my images which i released later and show that in restaurant CCTV footage.
The Mumbai executive said that he was from FedEx Mumbai Security Department and in May month i have used some 3rd Party Account and send many shipments, i told him i got mail from FedEx but i have deleted it and same i discussed with sales team, he then contacted the sales team regarding this and said ok, and provided me his details and said if u got that FedEx mail forward it to me, as this may cause legal FIR process, this ended here.
After this no one contacted me from FedEx, on 11 August they sent me bill of Rs 203,619.50 INR of which on around Rs 6,000 are of my shipments,when i contact their customer care regarding this they said mail the same to their higher billing department when i mailed higher team the reply from them was worst this was their reply
" Dear Sir/Madam,
Thankyou for your query regarding the attached shipments issue related to rate and shipments not pertains to you.
We have checked all the shipments thoroughly these all shipments are pertains to the case where FedEx security was involved after all investigation these shipments had been billed on your account since shipments are billed in your account correct hence we are not able to process any credit upon these shipments.
Also, for rate part. Since shipments have been shipped prior to account 779499286 creation date i.e. 11July2016 hence shipments are not charged as per the discounted rates, for which we already have discussed the issue with FedEx sales territory manager as per her feedback since account is open in July16 and customer has shipped prior to account creation date using some other customer account hence shipments are not eligible for discounts.
Since as per above clarifications shipments are billed correct onto your account hence we are not able to process any credit for the shipments.

I get calls from their local executive regarding payments, i said i will pay for my shipments, they said they want full amount, all shipments are sent by me and the are harassing me and mentally tourchering me that they will go to high court and file case on me etc
I think these people are making fraud with peoples, because all this happened since i approached them,and same have been happened with many other people.
Please take a action on this.
