I would like to bring to your notice that I joined the services of the company on 12th January 2016 as a Medical officer in Express Clinics HSR Layout, Bangalore and I was relieved from the services of Express Clinics with effect from 1st April 2016.
My employee Id during my tenure with the company was CL-758. After my
relieving date, I tried to check the balance of funds on my EPF
account, but I was shocked to see a message generated by the page
where it was written that there is a mismatch of my name against the
PF number. When I tried to re-check, it showed a message as, my EPF
account confirmation is withheld from the employer's side and it's not
been yet generated even, although during my tenure with the company, I
paid a decent amount toward my EPF account every month. I am sending
the screenshot of the pages as attachment.

The PF Number provided to me by the HSR Centre Manager Miss.Vandana
was PUPUN/0306261/000/0000541

I kindly request you to look into the matter .
The best part is there has been only forwarding of my mail from person to person and no one gave me any reply.

Sir I want my PF balance back .
please help me out .
