Respected Sir ,
I used to hold a Reliance connection of number 9864302030 which I surrendered to the reliance office of my locality on 16th of August 2016 by clearing all my dues and even adding some extra charge for processing fees which I suppose were unused. The customer executives of the shop told me that the security money of Rs.400/- shall be sent to my address via cheque after 3 months . Sir after 6 months I went today( 17/01/2017) at around 11: 10 am to the shop to enquire about the security money why it did't receive yet and got some horrible and disrespecting answers from the executives.

Sir please help me to get my security deposit of Rs. 400/- back
