i am rahul shelar from vadodara, gujarat.
i ordered a phone redmi 3s on 29th nov 2016. Which i found faulty so ask them for replacement on 30th.First 3,4 days they keep me oh hold and then told me to email service.in@xiaomi.com after that they again try to keep me on hold sometime they sents me to service center for diagnosis and all other stuff. They never email back on time.
After a month on 2nd Jan 2017 they told me they will do return but they keep me on hold for a long time. When i call their cervice center it was always out of reach and when i call help center they tells me they have taken the complain but is never resoves so when i camplain on email they never reply on time always i have to call help center and accelerate the complain.
I was very tied of this all so i finaly told they on 12jan 2016 that i want my money back as they have crossed the time limits and now i cannot control my self.
even i have attached a call recordings in which they tried to mishuid me and try to cheat me on call. Still i do not get any revert regarding it.
they are saying they have accelarated it. Whenever i call they tells me same now im totaly harashed with thier service even they pickup phone today.
i do not want this experience in future i want my money back to me they are using it for their purpose i have bought another phone as i cant wait for them they have took a very log time .

I will you will understand from which condition im suffering please help me out. They provide worst service. I want my money back as they have crossed the time limit and my petions.
