Dear Sir/Madam,
Shiprocket is a company that provides end to end courier services. They have tie ups with leading courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Delhivery etc.
I had bought a 3 Month subscription for the same on 21/11/2016 for which I paid Rs. 6900/- Inclusive of all taxes (Invoice is attached).
Since the first day, I haven't been able to use the services due to a technical issue on their website and the same had been notified to them by me on various occasions. They tried solving the issue but failed to do so due to which till date I have never been able to utilize their services. I have also attached a copy of all such e-mail conversations.
Since, the problem was not getting resolved I asked them for a refund. They denied the refund at first but now they are repeatedly delaying it for some or the other reason (E-Mail Conversations Attached).
I request you to kindly help me in getting my refund back since I have never been able to use any of their services since the day I bought the subscription package.
My case ID number that shiprocket has created regarding my refund issue is #00093161.
I have attached the invoice that I received from their side as well as a zip folder with all the E-Mail conversations over a period of 2 Months regarding this issue
