I tried to Book a ticket from irctc and the transaction failed but money was deducted from my State bank of bikaner and jaipur account.The payment was done through kotakmahindra bank (kmb) On the irctc website the status is "refunded" but the money isn't refunded to my account yet.Its been more than two weeks.Please refund the money as soon as possible.
