I ordered a Simpex 333 Tripod on 21Dec2016 orderID: 17424418394 for ₹724 which I paid via my Debit Card, but they didn't deliver it on time and also I'm getting better price so I cancelled it on 30Dec2016, and they said they initiated refund on 2Jan2017 and promised me that the amount got refunded to your account in 3-4 business days, but timeline passed I contracted them via Twitter now again via a call they asked me to wait 7-9 business days due to demonetization but not received the amount back to my account or card, as 7 business days passed already!!!again failed still money not received. I again and again contacted them via Twitter, PhoneCall, EMail every time they gave me a timeline of more 24hrs to get this resolved but no success. Now they saying we have refunded your money take the Refund Reference No. and ask your bank we have done from our side. Now please help me to get those ₹724 back to me as the amount isn't big but the company is and they can't ignore us like this!! I purchased from them not Bank, so it's my right and there job to take full responsibility of my money but they surrendered. I shared my Bank Statement with them too, which I also attached in this complaint. I'm also attaching the twitter conversation and E-mail which they send me that we're done now go to bank and ask for your money. Why I ask bank officials for this they already have pressure due to demonetization, how they can help me?? They also have a policy named TRUSTPAY and they claiming to have the customer's money 100% safe to them till 7days & for prepaid orders 14days, what about that!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!! YOUR THE LAST HOPE TO ME!!!!
