Dear Sir,



My name is Arnold Thomas Vincent and I am an ICICI Bank Customer with the AC. No. 031401552507. On the morning of 30/11/2016, I accidently transferred Rs. 10,000 to the account of one of the customers of Punjab National Bank by the name of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, with the AC. No. 0007001500015450. The amount was accidently transferred to his account, the person is a registered payee on my account as I once transferred funds to this person on behalf of one of my friends with whom I’m no longer in contact. I have contacted ICICI and requested them to help me with this issue, they have promised me assistance but what I get is fake promises and they want me to just wait. It's been more than 1 month still no resolution in sight. I’m writing this email to you requesting you to somehow help me in getting the amount credited back to my account as soon as possible. I have visited a PNB bank in Bijwasan, Delhi and I was told to visit the bank where he has an account, but I am not aware of where he is and where he has his ac. registered. I also tried contacting ICICI customer Care but they just tell me they are awaiting a response from the IMPS Team, but I've been waiting for the reply for all these days. I request you to help me with this.
