Complaint Details
I purchased LeEco Le Max 2 Mobile from Flipkart on 25.10.2016.
There was certain issues stable connection and fingerprint issue which later worsted. Then on 09.12.2016, I went to an AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER and after inspection they told that it will be sent to company and will return MAXIMUM 15 WORKING DAYS, it has passed more than 1 Month and 10 Days but only assurance that they will update status in next 24 to 48 Hours. I have made all the efforts at service centre and company customer care number and keeping after 40-45 minutes on hold, they either disconnect the call or they express their enability for status. I am feeling helpless because I trusted such bad service company and purchased mobiles of Rs.17999/- which is huge amount for me as I an IAS aspirant and I have suffered monetarily as well as it has affected my studies as I could not use Android Mobile since it has been with company. Please help.
