i have I-on internet connection,from last 10 days it is not working,so i registered consumer complaint before but no rply then this is 2nd time ,their service men came nd asking to check the receiving box on the terrece,so the society people has denied to give keys to them because they havent paid the box rent form years and they havent took permission to install the box on terrece...so my connection is not working..what shuld i doo...i am writing nd calling to I-on nashik since long but they are not taking it seriously...i have attached the screenshot below of my complaints...my I-on net user id is (Vijay maid)
