Complaint Details
While travelling abroad i lost my iPhone. The theif somehow unlocked the phone and made international calls on my sim card thus getting me a bill of 15000rs.

I had submitted an FIR with the police informing the loss of phone and the calls were made after the report was filed.

Now airtel is harassing me to pay the bill for calls I havent made. I have submitted hardcopy of the FIR but to no avail. Please need your help to resolve this.
