I am a subscriber of reliance broadband and i have been facing a slow upload speed issue with my connection. I am getting speeds of just 0.20 to 0.25 Mbps upload speed whereas earlier i used to get around 0.65 to 0.75 Mbps upload speed. I lodged a complaint regarding this and my complaint was closed without any rectification of the issue. I am being given fake promises that my issue will be solved but it hasn't been resolved till date.
Earlier this month on 8th January i faced connectivity issue with my connection and i had lodged complaint regarding the same only to see my complaints get closed without any rectification in a few hours or so. Only after 6 Complaints my issue was solved.
This is the worst after sales services of any company till date .
I am attaching a few screenshots of complaints getting closed as soon i lodge them or in a few hours ( of previous issue of connectivity) and my speed-tests of connection which show my upload speed which is very low
