I am ordered a sheaving trimer on amazon.in but the product i got is defective so i file a complaint at amazon to return the packeage and i got a mail regards from amazon for return status. My pickup time is Monday, Jan 16, 2017, 15:00 - 18:00 but they cant come to pickup the packeage. when i call to amazon they give me silly excuse s. And not give me the exact date for pickup. So Please Help me
