It's been 3 months since my internet is not working properly and ISP has not given any proper information or support till now.
Not even once I have got the promised speed as per my plan (i.e 512kbps. There is high fluctuation in speed and ISP still has no idea what the problem actually is.
After complaining from past 2 months the best feedback I got was "Ye sarkari office hai, Yaha isi tarah kaam hota hai".
