Dear Sir/ Madam,
My client Mr Dhanraj Mehta from Kota purchased Gionee F 103 Pro (861597039108108) from HI-FLY Mobile shop (Contact- 09784668008), address 20-D, New Colony, Shopping Centre, Kota, Rajasthan @ Rs 10,000, on Jan 3rd 2017 having Invoice No. 10192. On 7th Jan 2017, he was facing battery problem as when he charged the battery it showed 100%, but after removing from charging point, it showed 3-4% battery & gets switch off.
On 8th Jan 2017, He went to HI-FLY Mobile shop for the concerned matter, but due to Sunday the Shop was closed. On 9th Jan 2017, When he went to HI-FLY Mobile shop, they told him that due to winters, the battery is not working properly & he replaced the battery. But still Mr Dhanraj mehta was facing the same problem of battery discharge after charging it.
On 11th Jan 2017, Mr Mehta went to the same shop with his problem, they checked the battery & told me that there is no problem in battery & the Mobile Set is problematic, they suggested me to go to the Authorized Service Center- Anshul Enterprises. When he went to Anshul Enterprises, they also suggested him that there is no problem in battery, but there is problem in Mobile Handset only.But they will not replace the handset because 7 days of purchase has past. He took my phone for repair & replied that it will be repaired in 2-3 days.
And Since 5 days has been past, on 16 January 2017, he phone called the Anshul Enterprises, they replied that it will take more 2 days. He don’t understand why the delay has been caused. The shopkeeper is a fraud, as he didn’t suggest me in the correct way; he would have told me that the Mobile can be replaced.
And also Gionee Mobile company has given my client the Defective & faulty product . My client is not happy with Gionee. He has not used mobile for 7 days, and problem he is facing is ridiculous. Gionee have to return Rs 10000 for mobile phone & Rs 25000 for Mental agony & depression, so that he can purchase another mobile. He is also filed a petition in consumer court.
My Client- Mr Dhanraj Mehta is a reputed person & has spread that he has bought the new phone. But now every person is making mockrey of him, thus causing defamation to his personality and her wife & other members are also in grief due to poor services from Gionee.
