Complaint Details
I was using my mobile nmber 9922404319 on Airtel network, after which i ported out my number into the IDEA network. A bill of Rs 125 was pending of my Airtel network, for which i had received an SMS from the company to pay the bill. I immediately payed the bill but did not submit the receipt of payment of the Airtel bll to IDEA network office.

Then I immediately payed the bill on Jan 1 2017 but did not submit the receipt of payment to the IDEA network store. Also I have attached the Airtel bill to the complaint report.
The IDEA network then barred my number on Jan 14 2017 and my outgoing and incoming calls were blocked, yet I have full coverage of the network till date.
Then I immediately submitted the Airtel bill to the nearest IDEA store on Saturday Jan 14 2017 at around 7.45pm. The address of the store IDEA store is, "The Capital, Shop No B6, Baner Pashan Link Road, Baner, , Near Regent Plaza, Nano Space, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra" and the contact number is +(91)-20-33016287.
After submitting the documents on Jan 14 2017, and also submitting documents to another idea store, my number has still being blocked and unusable for the past 5 days.
The address of the second idea store is, Sinhgad Apartment, Ground Floor, Shop No - 3, Sinhagad Rd, Wadgaon Budruk, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411041. The contach number is 9011117163.
I hope my issue is resolved as soon as possible, as IDEA network has given me only 15 days to do this documents and after five days of submitting my documents still my mobile number is barred.
