I travelled in HKB travels on 25th December 2016 from Pune which was supposed toreach Hyderabad.But the bus broke down 90kms away from Pune in 2hrs at around 2:00am. We were stranded on the highway in the bus all night and in the morning, were sent back to Pune in other HKB travels sleeper bus which was completely occupied and no place to properly stand also. Wes somehow adjusted and sat on the floor in the bus for 2hours to reach back to Pune. And i rebooked another bus for the next day and also raised a complaint to get a refund. However , i get a response from redbus people through whom i booked the bus, that we contacted HKB travels and theyagreed bus broke down, but passengers were safely sent to Pune after arranging anotherbus. But there was no bus arranged, it aas just the bus going from hyderbad to pune which was stopped inbetween and there was no space to stand also properly and i paid for the bus to reach Hyderabad. Not back to Pune and its also 24hours waste of time as i had to go back to pune and had to take the next bus. So i would like to complain on HKB travels and get the refund back and also some action taken so that no one faces such issue again with HKB travels.
I hav also attached a screenshot of the complaint respomse i received from redbus.
