The journey with the ticket no. 6713120 from Aligarh To Charbagh was scheduled on 05/10/2016 22:50 but the bus did not came on the night of 05/10/16. thus I had contacted for the refund of my ticket amounting Rs. 583 and till date no refund has been credited.The resolution has not been done yet. I emailed the authority regarding the issue on 22,23/10/2016,06/11/2016 and on 29/11/2016, but nothing happened. Meanwhile I contacted on telephone and even though they tried to mislead with false hopes.I would be greatful to you for your help in getting me my refund.
