Complaint Details
Sir I ordered a lotto combo from this company on 16 th january 2017 by debit card payment of Rs. 4500 but after one hour I decided to cancel the order so i call customer care and unable to contact them so i mail them for cancelation of order but they didnot reply me.The Grievance Officer No of the company doesnot work and in landine no they didnot pick up my phone.Once they pick my phone and said my order is out for shipment then i requeastd to send me the shipping details through mail but they didnot send me the details.I mail the company several times but no reply is getting from the company.Sir Please help to getting my money back.
