I have taken a new Reliance postpaid landline connection number 9022435960. I had applied for Rs 133 connection per month and paid Rs 2000 for phone box.
I didnt received any bills for the connection and later my phone got disconnected. So when i wrote to customer care, they called me up and said they have not only entered my
name wrong in their records but also entered my email address incorrectly.
But till now they have not corrected their records nor replied to me or given any assurance through mail.
There has been no proper explanation or error correction done by Reliance Communication till now even when I have been sending numerous mails since Jan 03, 2017. Till now I have just been called by their customer care respresentatives with not proper explanations.
Its rather unfortunate that firstly how come a reputed telecom company can do such error is entered in system and secondly that no one is authorising the entered facts in the system.
This is also a clear cut violation of the policy of DoT and TRAI which has time and again asked the telecom operators to be stringent in opening the mobile account with required correct proofs to combat terriorist activities.
