I had ordered Nike shoes on Myntra during its EORS sale.When I received the product, I noticed the front (mesh part of had lots of wrinkles. I tried them on to see if the shoes take the shape and they did not. I wrote an email with few photos of the shoes. They got back me to stating that the product was sent from their own warehouse hence there was no question of any defect. I went on and requested for an exchange on their app. My request got accepted and the product reached Ghaziabad in few days. I also received a text message that the product will be delivered within 15 minutes. It was when I received a call from the delivery boy saying that he would not deliver as instructed by Myntra and asked me to write an email. I again spoke to them and they said they would help me, I wrote an email too but they are indirectly claiming that I am lying.
