In the month of Oct2016, Amazon ran an promotion "Great Indian Sale" On 01st Oct 2016, I had ordered an brand new Mobile - Intex Aqua Ace Mini vide Amazon Order# 403-8565080-9102764, as it mentioned on the website. The mobile handset was delivered on 03rd Oct 2016. The said mobile is used & the quality is substandard, the mobile is bent ie noticable curve when kept on flat surface, it shows that it is a review unit, where the physical damage test must have been carried out for the review. By any means the quality of the hardware is not good. Further the mobile firmware is also corrupt, the screen keeps on blinking when switched on. Further the webpage said it supports VoLTE, however it is found that the phone DOES NOT support VoLTE feature at all.

I had contacted Amazon.in asking them to return pick-up the unit & get me complete refund, however till take the unit has not been picked-up & neither the refund has been given. Amazon.in has closed the product support window for the same on 13th Oct 2016, therefore making it further difficult to reach them to place the request for the return pick-up...
