Complaint Details
The service provider, M/s D-VoiS SSV Broadband Pvt Ltd.[Franchisee of I-on.in] offers wired internet broadband connection under the prepaid subscriptions plans.

On 16th Nov 2016, I subscribed the Truly Unlimited 2mbps plan [www.dvoisssv.in/Tariff-plan-rates] by paying Rs.1470/- for 90days [3-months] however the service provider till date has failed to provide the seamless connectivity for total 13-days [details in the attachment, copy of email communication]

Owing to which, I have incurred the business loss to the tune of Rs.4.55 lakhs. I have been asking the service provider to compensate for the loss & also for the deficiency in service of 13days by extending the subscription expiry dates. Till date the service provider has neither responded to the email nor showing any intention to compensate the loss & deficiency in service.

Further the service provider has upgraded the plans from 2mbps to 3mbps for FREE to all the customers wef 1st Jan 2017, however in may case the service provider has kept the broadband speed @2mbps & the said FREE upgradation has not been given to me.
