Complaint Details
When i ported my phone number form Vodafone to Airtel. Airtel Customer care office suggest me 450 wala plan & You will get Local, STD & Landline call in this plan. When this plan activated and I used few month & check my statement & i saw that they are charged me for landline phone calls 178ruppee. When I called & ask airtel officer they told me that did not landline call is not available in your plan. Here They are cheated me here firsttime 7 i decied to port again anyother service provider. I sent a request for port & i received a phone call form Airtel Customer officer and they suggest me 349-myinfinity plan & i will get in this plan unlimited local, unlimited STD, unlimited Landline & 1GB 4G data. I agreed for this plan & this plan activated when i call in few days to Airtel Customer Care for confirm my plan. they told me that in 349-myinfinity plan you will get only unlimited local, unlimited STD, & 1GB 4G data Not landline plan. Here cheated Second time.

I cheated 2 time form AIRTEL Company.
