i transfer through NEFT netbanking using HDFC bank on dateed 09/12/2016. amount 4900 debited from my hdfc acoount 04111050197624. but this amount didn't tranfer on benificiary acount. Icomplaint on 28 Dec.2016. bank reply me 'your complaint has been registered vide comp PUNC121603941.we will revert to you within 10working days'. But after 15 working days the bang does not any action on this complaint. the i return cal to phone banking they have no take any action.
so pls take action on this complaint and return my amount on my HDFC acount: 04111050197624.
