I bought a new Racold Pronto Neo geyser from Sheetal Electricals (Sheetalelectricals@yahoo.co.in Tel No. 25693313)(Invoice no 6834) on 17 January 2017. After installation I found that the heating process is very low. I contacted the retailer and he advised me to contact Racold customer care for a technician. From the day of installation I'm calling customer care for a technician but till date no technician has come up. I'm just given false promises by inefficient Racold customer care. I bought a new geyser and feel like cheated and misguided. I need a technician urgently from Racold to get the new geyser repaired or replaced. Please Help me!!
