I had purchased "MCP-Hamza - A Powerful Floating Action Body Massager - Dual Speed Mode" through ebay on 19/12/16 for a price of Rs.1000/-; with buy_global_medical_shop as the seller.

They delivered me a used and non working produt. I contacted ebay and put up a claim for refund and Claim Id: 2572560 was created. They had asked for photographs and i had emailed photographs multiple times to insellerverification@ebay.com, as they were refusing to admit receipt of photographs.
Then on January 14, 2017, they rejected my claim saying they did not receive photographs. My request to review claim rejection was not answered.

Please help me to get my money back.
