I had purchased the bike on 5th July 2014 and Iam frequenty facing the problems with tis bike.The bike is frequently getting serious problems with this bike approx.twice in a month i had changed the battery on 11100 kms the company was that it will run 17000kms differenceof 2000-3000 kms is managable but sucha huge gap of 6000kms is not getting managed and ihad faced huge loss at that time BUT there is no another way , i have to change the battery which costs RS 12500 and that is also gets spoiled within 8 months(although the warrenty was of 6 monts ) means i had respend 12500 rs which is not managable at all AND I GOT ANGRY and get in to showroon and asked that what is happening this with your ZZEROmaintainence bike i had purchased it for going to tutions and also it is ecofriendly and economical the company chaimed that the the bike will run 1.5rupees per km but i am getting it for 5rupees per kilometer which greater than running a petrol bike i purchased it for RS 42500 from SHRI AUTOMOBILES in Akola ..
AND NOW, the limit has crossed my father had to go outside in LIC office and on the way he was driving the bike the bike got broked into two pieces and my father felt down the main chassis got broked this is with the quality of the bike which is ARAI CERRTIFIED IN PUNE .I HAVE LOOSED MY FAITH ON INDIAN GOVERNMENT certifications. THE company is costing me 40RUPEES for a single srew of bike which is fallen or damaged . INVOICE IS ON MY MOTHERS NAME
I had expectations from INDIAN GOVT. CONSUMER DEPARTMENT .
