I had booked a bus ticket of Mahalaxmi Travels from Yavatmal to Pune dated 21-Jan-17 timing - 6:45 PM. I had paid the fare of Rs. 1100 for an AC sleeper single birth. The bus broke down due to some issues in between & there was extreme invonvenience all throughout last night as the bus management said to adjust in other company buses, I had to switch 2 buses to reach the destination, whats worse is I traveled sitting on the engine in drivers cabin. The most unprofessional thing was when today I tried to contact their contact-person - when I started saying that their bus broke down & said all the trouble it cased & asked for refund of the amount - they cut the phone & not picking up now.

I had been traveling from last 7 years with buses from different groups but did not have to face such unprofessional services.

I need the whole refund of my amount as it was extremely painful on part of consumer experience.
