I owned a Gionne Marathon M4 last year.Few months ago it slipped from my hand and the display got broken. I am from odisha but now i m staying in Rajasthan for Coaching. When i was at home, the screen got broken i took my phone to nearest Gionee care. They kept the phone for a month. After a month i went to take back my phone, they told the display is not available with them. I returned from there. After that i came to Rajasthan. I called the Gionee Customer care,he told the the display os discontinued by company so they cant provide me display but instead of that they can give a replacement of a new phone by taking the old one. He also said that i will be given a phone of my choice and they will deduct 45% for the old phone on the new phone price. As told by them to visit Service center again, i went to service center in Jawahar nagar, Kota, Rajasthan. The person from the service center told me that they wipl give me Gionne S6 phone only and i hv to pay ₹14500 with my old phone.The actual Cost of Gionne S6 is 15187 in amazon. I told them that your customer care has told i can choose phone of my choice, but they denied. They also told that it will take time of nearly 2 months for replacement. They are really hesitating to do the replacement, they also gave me a example that another phone for a replacement is with us since 2 months which is not solved now also.They giving such examples so that i too dont put a replacement request. Aftet that i returned home and again called to customer care,he told to write me email to their company explaining everything properly. I did the same, i got a reply within two hours that they will contact me with the solution within 24 hrs. I waited for 2 days, then again called customer to ask Y i didnt get any solution after 2 days also. She told this time that they will contact me within 24 hrs surely. Within 24 hours i got a email from Gionee in which they asked to share my purchase date of my phone. I replied that i dont remember the exact date, but i bought it in August 2016.Again a day i got a reply that plz visit our service center for Return Policy. I called the customer care again to make understand what i will go and speak to Service Center person about this. She told me u wait for 24 hours, we will call u back and make understand everything. I waited a day too.After 1 day i didnt get any call, i called customer care again she told me that they will contact me within 2 hrs. This time i was arguinh with her in a polite manner that u are giving fake promises, she got hesitated to listen me and cut the call.i waited for 2 hrs and i was sure that i will not gey back any call.Nearly it had been 3 months to this incident.Still i have not got any solution. I m fully fed up of like this service. Please help me with this.My phone cost was nearly ₹15000.i am attaching few screenshot of my email to gionee and call details.
