Hello, We were using a Go Daddy Delux Server which was about 98% full and because of this all the sites on our server were blocked, we were forced to upgrade our account so that we could delete all the unnecessary files and could clear some space and were also told that we could downgrade later. But now they are telling us that we will be unable to downgrade and are requesting us to purchase a new server if we need lesser space. This is totally unfair and the process of migration from the current server to a new server is a huge task and will be a huge hit on our business. look into the same.
