Hi,
I have purchased a dinning table from Estillo Life Style Furniture (Outpace Furnitures Pvt. Ltd.) on 20/12/2014. After 8 or 9 months I found 2 of the stands which is glass laser pasting is getting weak.
I contact with the dealer immediately and asking for replacement but they said warranty period is exceed and It can be fixed with service charge, I agree with them. After 3 months (around January 2016) they came to fix as the adhesive for this was not available to them.

Again after 4-5 months I found the same issue and contact with them, this time they fix it without any charge (around August 2016).
Again after same period, January 2017 I found the stands are getting weak.

This time stands cannot support glass and just and it fall into surface and glass is horribly destroyed.

Luckily that time no one present at the room . We just escape from a big accident.

I am attaching bill and images of destroyed table.
I just lost Rs12900.
There are two products mentioned into the bill, second one is for the dinning table.

I did not contact to the dealer yet as I know they will not support. That is why I register my complain here for a good reply.
