Sir /madam
My name is Hemanth Reddy ,who has purchased redmi note 3 on 1/6/16 and before purchasing this product I have watched the video attached bellow in which the company owner has drop tested the phone and nothing, but Recently by accidentally my phone Xiaomi redmi note 3 fell down and the screen got cracked and I wrote this email to xioami
Hello sir/Madam
I brought Xiaomi redmi note 3 on Flipkart , ordered on 1/6/16 order number OD206159622995708000 and received it in perfect condition,and I saw this before buying the product https://youtu.be/1s6fDsvgmQc after news of Hugo accidentally dropped his phone at 5:02 and nothing happen to the phone that's when I liked the phone . But Recently my phone accidentally fell from my pant pocket and the screen just broke and developed cracks , this when I pay 11999 for the product and I get such a cheap quality screen and but in the demonstration of Hugo nothing happen how is this possible , and now I have to pay extra to get my screen replaced .So I request u to replace my phone or change my screen without any levy of cost from my side ,kindly do the needful at the earliest . Awaiting action immediately

I understand that you want to change the broken screen of your mobile. I know how important it is. I will surely assist you on this.
I would request you to visit the service center and co ordinate with the team. Our service center team is authorized and trained experts, they will not misguide you.
Also, we will not be able to replace the phone, we have 10 days replacement policy for the products purchased in mi.com if there is some manufacturer defect or hardware issue.

And I am really unhappy with the feed back . when the company owner did it nothing happen and when normal person a customer dose it by accidentally it just breaks and to get it replaced they ask us money .sir/madam hoping you would do the justice to me thanking you
