i placed an Sparx Black Floater order id 17725335350 & sub order id 22039943863 on snap deal on 6 th jan 2017 and product was delivered on 11th jan & when i check the products was not satisfied so i returned to courier pick up on the very next day itself product was reached 13 th to snap deal ware house almost 10days till today no one called me regarding the refund when i enquirer at customer care number no proper responses & later mr diliph supervisor said he will get back in next 48 hrs days but no one contacted its all most 12 dyas now , totally snap deal is cheating the customer
