sir,these companies are fraudsters and are looting customers in the name of cashback and all these stuff..i have attached 3 photos please go thru them...bookmyshow says first enter money in freecharge wallet.after i entered money in freecharge wallet,i selected two seats for kaabil movie as shown in document 3.after that i was made to proceed to payment as shown in document 1.then i chose freecharge wallet as i needed cashback...after that as shown in document 2 i was asked to pay money and i was sceptical as i wasn't given any place to apply coupon..when i selected "pay rs 316 using freecharge wallet"my money was deducted as i received no cashback..i contacted bookmyshow...no one received my call there..everythings on record..neither they called me back..1 option was there on website to chat with their representative he said as i didnt applied any coupon i wont get any cashback and they will not give me any money back sir...first of all they hide their option of applying coupon and deduct all money and then they say that since their terms and condition are there and all the shit...sir this is very mentally breaking me down as m a student and we usually dont have time and these companies neither they pick our call nor they respond and when we question them,they suddenly send some link of pages showing their terms and condition which are not available while booking.this is fraud sir and i demand to speak to you regarding this..
