Dear Team
This is with regard to my pre Paid order # 21165516161 and subsequently cancellation of same due to functionality issue. I got the return acknowledgement on 06th December 2016, by M/s Nuvo Ex reverse pickup and AWB mentioned: SND3432261 by its executive Mr Islam Ahmed.
Its very annoying and surprising the reversal has been not received yet, in between running between pillar to post to get status of my refund amount no one bothered to reply.
I had never imagined this kind of post sale service I will get from brand like eBay. Can I expect your intimidate intervention in the matter and arrange the reversal immediately.
Will appreciate if you can find out from where the lapses is being generated and because of same eBay brand value is spoiling. Because at the end of the day I believe its all game of BRAND VALUE only.
