Complaint Details
This company selling products for Rs 4 after payment they sending mail that your order has been confirmed. After confirmation when I went at store for pickup, store person saying your product is unavailable! After traveling 25 KM I reached at store when I heard that it really made me angry & frustrated. These people just making customers fool & eating their money time energy. Product which I ordered was available in their other branches but they didn’t made it available for me. As a consumer I placed order & made payment for it. Its now company responsibility to arrange product for me anyhow. I don’t want refund I need product. They selling product for 4Rs making fun of consumer & then telling product unavailable. If product was unavailable why they accepted my payment?
