I Had buy Samsung On8 mobile from flipkart(Order ID - OD407433130757371000
Product - SAMSUNG Galaxy On8 (Gold, 16 GB) Reference ID : IN1612091638205878015) it delivered to me around 1st Nov 2016. I have started using that mobile suddenly after 5-6 days I kept the mobile in charging and its screen get automatically get cracked
Even I have protected the screen with the tuffen but tuffen is in ok condition and glass got cracked and mobile display is also gone.
Immediately I had contact to flipkart customer care and explain the whole scenario which happen with my mobile.
But Customer executive told me that as per the company norms any type of mobile glass crack is not covered under the warranty and He told me to send mobile in sumsung service station.
At service station we found that my Mobile IMEI number is not matched with mobile which is fault of flipkart then again we have contact with flipkart for this issue they had accepted that mobile which they had delivered to us is not match with IMEI number.
And flipkart customer executive suggested us to repair the screen in samsung sevice station they will pay for the Glass damage amount which they had mention in mail. So as per their suggestion we sent our mobile to Samsung service station after 10 -15 days mobile got repaired with bill of 6915 rs.We have paid to service stations and invoice is submitted to flipkart via Email as per their commitment.
Then Flipkart executive says that sorry we can't pay for this. But will get back your mobile and will pay the full amount of mobile after taking back the device.
Unfortunately we have lost the mobile cover during the Diwali time. So we have talked with flipkart customer executive that We misplaced the top cover of mobile. he says no problem I'll ask to the courier executive and send the mail that pick the mobile without top cover.
when courier executive came to pick up the mobile he denied to accept mobile without its mobile cover(and told us that we don’t have any information that pick up the mobile without cover) then again we have contact to customer care then every time it happen the same thing. to pick the mobile courier executive came 3-4 time but every time he is not accepting without cover.
Flipkart has blocked our registered mobile number.
now 15-20 times we have contact with different number to filpkart but every time it says that tomorrow courier executive will came to pick up the mobile this process is not ending since last 2 and half month.
We didn't expect this from Flipkart...Flipkart is failure to resolve my issue... even they are not intrested to solve this issue.every time they are doing back forth and wasting our time. It's flipkart fault that they delivered the duplicate mobile..
