Complaint Details
Dear Jet-airways,
Unfortunately I am travelling with you guys on my return journey from BOM-DFW on 29th Jan’2017 (Sunday). My PNR is 47WGN3 and E-ticket Number is 0742216560686.
My query is, How much I will be charged for an extra piece of baggage worth 23kgs?
I have called jet 011-39893333 four times and I have received the following responses-
Caller 01 - Not Sure, which policy to apply, Jet airways or KLM. (This is completely unprofessional) (Call Duration:22-25min)
Caller 02 - Jet Airways policy applies and the charge is gonna be 100 USD plus taxes. (Call Duration:20min)
Caller 03 - Jet Airways Policy apples and the charge is gonna be 200 USD plus taxes. (Call Duration:15min)
All the call durations are tentative.
Caller 04- This is my most recent calls and it lasted for about 40 minutes, where Mr.Siddharth Nevada and a person named Mr.Ajeeth Sahu with employment ID: 208341 who claimed to be a supervisor advised that I better call KLM since they are the marketing carrier but on the other hand Mr. Siddharth Nevada was confused on which policy to apply.
The thing is I am a student in DFW at The University of Texas at Arlington, TX and I am travelling after my semester break. I already have written letter from KLM that Jet airways charges should apply since they are my first operating carrier.
I am not asking for any favour just what is gonna be the charge and which policy will apply. I am gonna need a written letter from jet airways regarding the issue.
I am teaching my ticket to help you assist. As I am told that I will be responded on priority basis, please respond early.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Thanks,
Jayesh Palod
