Iam writing this mail regarding the refund issue of my product have placed order for Sparx Black Floater ( sub order id 22039943863 )& got delivered on 11th Jan product was not satisfied the very day itself I have returned it but till today I have not received the refund and I have called customer care number more than 10 times they all said they get back within 48 hrs but it's almost 12 days no use today when I called to customer care number they said the complaint has been closed that the product has not been delivered from snap deal end so they can't refund iam sending with high priority if there is no responses I will file a case on consumer court against snap deal for your reference I have attached the return pick acknowledgment please check and get back to me
