Complaint Details
Uniway Cargo packers and movers has charged me Rs. 3000 for insurance for transportation of car which seems is not applicable for transportation of vehicle from Delhi to Hyderabad as I already have a full insurance and he has never shared the insurance copy with me.

He has also charged Rs.2025 for service tax on Car transportation which I have doubt that he will submit to the government as lately I have found that the address he has mentioned in his bill and website http://uniwaycargo.com doesn't exist. He looks fraudulent.

it took him 18 days to deliver the vehicle and when i received it today then found that it was extra driven for 500+ kms and whole dirty from inside.

Please suggest necessary action.
