This complaint is against
Abof.com , a online e-commerce website which deals in fashion products. I have been a customer of this website from the past month.I have placed many orders here.
Today I wanted to place a order using Cash On delivery payment method. I tried a million times but every time a error would come saying that COD is not available for this order. After trying about 10 products , I created a new account at abof to check out whether it is a site wide problem or is it only me.
The results which I found were astonishing. I was successfully able to place an order with my mother id.
So one thing is clear till now that it is happening with ONLY ME.
Now comes the Customer Support of abof. I have raised a complaint via email but there was no satisfactory reply. To which I had a telephonic conversation with their executive there also I had no luck. These guys are just ignoring me. I am not getting a proper reply on this matter.
Abof.com (Part of Aditya Birla Group) has not left me any option but to knock your door. I hope that I will get my problem solved
