i talked guy in your help line first i asked him tell me to reschedule flight he told me lot big amount.. then i asked him how much refund if i cancel he said 28000thb more ... i said ok you can proceed.. after proceed he send me email showing 3500 i get back.... if i buy refundable ticket i should get my money back... i buy ticket almost 36500/= INR if you charge 4000 inr for cancellations and your charges i should get back 32000thb.. should i need to go consumer court for this fraud... on phone i called again to mr saddam he said was problum systems.. he said i will get 32000 inr back in next 3days .. but i want confirmation from your side.. how much i am getting back... a urgent help will be appreciated fayaz kakroo 09906666220
