i buy yu yunicorn phone on 12 september, 2016 and i receive it on 14 september 2016 and after 2 months it started creating problems about not getting battery full charge , i tried calling customer care they send me to the service center and first they repair my phone and give to me then again after 10 days same problem occurs and again i visit service centerand they keep my phone for 8 days and i have attached pic of the msg and jobsheet no. they told me that battery has changed . today its 27 jan,2017 again its started creating problem and when i call customer care they told me to go other service center . i am a computer science engineering student and i need to go to college and not free for this to go service center as i visited service center two times and they could not find solution of that and i need my phone as well with me because all the ebooks are in my phones and softwares , ewallets , and again i give my phone to service center for a weak and copy all my data to some other and again to this phone and install apps again and again and start from first, this is just waste of time . i want to be that they replace my phone with new one because two times i visited to service center and they don't solve the issue in phone or they refund my money . so that i will buy new phone and continue my studies without wasting my time in copying data , going service centers , submitting phone, receiving phone , copying data to phone , installing apps , downloading ebooks and many more . i have attached invoice of the phone , pic of the jobsheet no and video of the msg which i receive today that they are giving other service center address ... so please , help me and solve my issue ... thank you ...
