respected sir/mam, I had opened a new bank account in bank of baroda of vasna branch in ahmedabad on 2 January 2017. i got the cheque book by courier. when i went to bank 21 January, bank employee was telling that my account has not activated now. I request them to activate my account soon, bank employee is telling me that we cannot give perfect answer when it will activate, and he started to talk rudly with me. then i go to branch head's cabin and i told him all the matter about the account. the branch head also not giving me perfect answer and not talking properly and does not giving me the importance of customer. I request him to activate my account till 23 January. he promised me that account will get activated till Monday. now today is 27 January and still account is not activated. so i request the ccrc team to take action on bank of baroda vasna branch about my new account activation. thank you
