Complaint Details
On 20-Jan-2017, I paid Rs. 4539.00 towards installation of new Internet Broadband connection. On that day, the Hathway representative promised that the service is feasible in our apartment and it will be installed within 48 hours.

So far (27-Jan-2017) installation not happened and I have been following up with them and called at least 25 times and every time I got a response that it will be done within the day. I also called Hathway's customer care and raised a ticket (No. 18052961 on 25-Jan-2017).

Now the Hathway team is not responding properly. I have been following up with Mr. Mugilan at least 4 times a day. He keeps committing that it will be completed in another 3-4 hours.

Please help to fix this issue.
