I had been to the Chennai branch of the company for selling my gold jewelry on 3rd Jan2017 on seeing their detailing of gold valuee in their website. But in that branch they calculated the value of gold taking 22 carat gold market rate instead of 24carat gold market rate as indicated in their website. By these I lost about 9 percent of gold valuee. When I took it up with their head office in Bangalore they insist that that 22carat gold market rate to be 24carat market rate and refuse to communicate with me. I could make out that these people are cheating all Thier innocent customers by systematically manipulating the gold rate. They should me made to compensate me for value of gold I was made to loose and also prevent them from cheating all other innocent customers. I will send you a copy of their bill and the mail's I sent to them in this regard. Their web site shows the gold value calculated based on 24carat gold rate which they intentionally don't follow with ulterior motive to cheat all customers. I will send you all evidences on hearing from you
