Sir,

This is referring the product Apple 4s 16 GB claim ID 2621069, this set was having hardware problem and so we returned.
Shipment was delayed in reaching seller, in the meantime I received a call from Ebay india to provide DRS copy, for which I approached himachal post office and only tracker number I received from them which was shared with Ebay along receipt of 92 RS.
In the meantime, I received a call from the seller as product has been received and please provide us the icloud ID and pass, which then was shared.
Now Ebay closed my above claim ID with comments buyer did not uploaded DRS certificate which was not required either, since seller received the shipment.


Kindly assist in getting refund......!!
