3 months back i had bought lg microwave model No:- MEZ65048365 from a showroom of Raichur which is located at Gowshala Road, Raichur. As i have purchased that microwave but by my fault the front glass of the microwave has got broken. after that i called the service centre of LG after that the technician came to my house to check the microwave he told me that the company does not have the stock of the glass which has got broken so he suggested me to Change the door which costs nearly RS 2900/- which i don't want to spend that much of cost because this same problem had been occurred to my aunty a few months back but to her the only the front glass was replaced to her at the cost of nearly Rs 500/- so i too just want to get the front glass to get replaced but they are telling me to change the overall door which costs me Rs 2900/- which they are telling me to pay, but why should i need to spend that much of money i just want to pay for only the front glass amount which is nearly RS 500/- and its the company fault that they do have the stock but the microwave is still in the warranty period. i have also contacted ASM of LG & Also BSM they too suggested me the same as the technician suggested me. I have also mailed the LG regarding this issue but aren't Replying and not taking any action regarding this complaint.
