My Sister gifted me KennCole watch which was bought from Titan Helios showroom for Rs. 15000 on 12th August 2015. On 13th Nov 2016 its front glass got broke and i gave them to repair it. They told me they will get it repaired and all of this will come into the warranty and gave me the bill for 0 Rs and promised the delivery date of 13th Jan 2017. Now when i am getting in touch with them, they told me that they cannot repair because spare part is not available the manufacturer. I asked them what am i going to do with this 15000 Rs product so they told me let us try again. Now from last one week i am following up and they are telling me the product is not under warranty and i have to bear all the expenses. How can they do this? after that i asked what is the estimated cost and they are not telling me anything regarding that and replying me that they will inform and they product will be repaired in 4-5 days (as per the conversion held on 25th Jan 2017). i asked them how can you repair the product without telling me the cost of the spare part. what will i do in case cost spare part is too high and i wont be able to bear that. its been approximately 3 months and they are lying on each and every point. I need help.
